The 2025 NorCal Invitational girls' water polo tournament is scheduled to be held on October 24-25, 2025, hosted by Sacred Heart Prep in Atherton. It is a premier high school tournament featuring 16 top teams from Northern California during the fall season.

Session II of the 2025 USA Water Polo Junior Olympic Championships takes place in Orange County and features teams from   across the U.S., each representing their regional zones.

July 11- 13, 2025

3-day tournament in Orange County. This event is hosted by Villa Park Aquatics. It is an invite-only tournament between 24 teams from NorCal and SoCal. Website and schedule.

June 24 - July 5, 2025

10-day Summer Trip 2025 in Barcelona with the Santa Cruz WPC. This event is hosted by Club Natacio Barcelona and will feature a tournament with clubs from Spain, Greece, Italy and La Jolla.

Santa Cruz WPC 16u A 4th Place; we were the only NorCal team in the final 4. We played San Diego Shores to an 11.4/11.2 shootout in the semi-finals and Santa Barbara 805 9-7 in the 3rd place match.

My 16u club team Santa Cruz WPC qualified for this year's Junior Olympics  as the #3 seed for PAC Zone. See you in SoCal this July.

After the 2025 ODP Girls National Championships I was invited to participate in the national team selection camp.

I played with the PAC Zone Cadet Blue team. We placed 7th at the tournament.

These sessions focused on having shooters and goalies work to improve current habits while also learning and building various techniques so as to build on these moving into the Summer Season: 

• Game-situation fundamentals and technique with an emphasis on release points
• Beating the shot-blocker
• Reading goalies and goalies reading shooters
• Manipulating the size of the available goal both offensively and defensively
• How goalies can get an edge in this situation regarding their body positioning and other factors relevant to shooters, defenders, and goalkeepers.
